Keep Your Eye on the Ball

When batting you should always “keep your eye on the ball.” If you watch the ball travel toward you, your head should turn and tilt downward slightly. When you hit, your head will be down and you will be looking at the point of impact. This is the position the head should stay in while you follow through on your swing.
